Parts for my e-bike arrived next day. Spoke to a lady on the phone and she was really helpful and knew immediately what I was talking about and offered advice as to the parts which were needed. In a world of AI and chatbots it was refreshing to talk to a helpful person.
A huge thanks to Mel for the superb help on hard to find parts like the SES pulley and various seals for my Bosch CX bike. You won't find better service than this.
