drove 1.5 hours to Portland to bike, sram battery dead upon arrival, called Cyclemania, found a battery, charged upon arrival. Great service and super friendly.
Awesome service! Despite it being a busy Saturday, the staff took the time to really tease out what I was looking for in a bike and helped me try out a few different models. They gave great suggestions about what would work best for me on a bike and had awesome recs for upgrades. 10/10!
These guys are the freaking best. Excellent mechanics, super friendly and knowledgeable, not afraid to get weird when axs + ai are involved. And yet, Fitz is the real MVP. Only employee I'd let sniff my butt. 🐶
