Title: Arrogant Culture – It Starts at the Top "It gives me no pleasure to write a bad review for a local business, but I find it impossible to believe CycleMania has a 4.9-star rating. My experience was terrible. I brought my electric bike in for a tune-up and stood there for several minutes being completely ignored by staff who walked right past me without a word. Great store. Great people. Can't recommend them enough. If you have a bike this is the store for you.
Staff was friendly and so helpful. Bikes were in great shape. We had a blast our first time on fat tire bikes.
