I just had a bike fitting done there. After spending about 45 minutes there, you get a good feeling about what kind of place and people they are. Great people! Great advice! Superior service. The sign is a little hard to spot from the street so watch closely if you are new to them. You don't want to miss this place.

Went in to see if I could borrow a tool for five minutes to adjust some spokes on my wheel. Everyone there seemed like they were too cool for school, and wouldn’t let me borrow any tools, instead expecting me to fork up $25 and wait almost an hour for repairs I could do myself in 15 minutes.
