Great people very helpful, great selection of bikes
Thanks Cyclelane!! We rented 2 gravel bikes from Cyclelane for a 2-week trip in Scotland. The bikes were a great fit for us, and were in perfect working order when we picked them up from the shop. They quickly made a few adjustments to make sure we would have the best possible experience. They also provided seat bags, pumps and locks, but as it turns out we didn't have any flats (punctures) during our trip. What a great way to see Scotland! I highly recommend the team at Cyclelane!
Great service for online purchase. A bit of difficulty getting the online payment to go through, so they helped me. Bike delivered quickly on a day when convenient for me and was well packed and in perfect condition.

I was looking for a bike for general leisure use ... nothing to serious. Having visited a couple of main street names was disappointed in the service. Recommended Cyclelane by a friend, glad i went John and his staff were great. Listened to what i thought I needed, advised me on their thoughts and then settled on a bike that met my expectations and a little bit more. Knowledgeable, friendly and attentive service. Can't recommend them highly enough. Thanks guys.
