I had a very last minute mechanical issue with my bike just 2 days before flying out for a race and was really stressing out about it. I could tell straight away when I brought the bike in, how knowledgeable the guys were. They fixed the issue within just a few hours and I had no issues in the race. Will definitely be using them for all future work and can't recommend enough.
Purchased an ex-hire bike from Cyclelane recently, very happy with it! Brilliant customer service and advice, would highly recommend.
Had a brake serviced that took longer than quoted even though I said I was in a bit of a bind and really needed the bike back for a certain date, it cost more than quoted and was returned quite a bit worse than it went in (lever to bar, no stopping power). Ended up having to buy the kit and redo it myself. Cost a fraction of what the shop charged and wasn't that difficult. Lesson learned.
Fantastic service from 1st contact. Sent my bike 400 miles down to the south coast of England, absolutely no issues experienced. Great products, great prices ....... many thanks to the team at Cyclelane !!
