Great service for online purchase. A bit of difficulty getting the online payment to go through, so they helped me. Bike delivered quickly on a day when convenient for me and was well packed and in perfect condition.

I was looking for a bike for general leisure use ... nothing to serious. Having visited a couple of main street names was disappointed in the service. Recommended Cyclelane by a friend, glad i went John and his staff were great. Listened to what i thought I needed, advised me on their thoughts and then settled on a bike that met my expectations and a little bit more. Knowledgeable, friendly and attentive service. Can't recommend them highly enough. Thanks guys.
Recently took 2 of my grandsons bikes in for repair and service. All staff in shop couldn’t have been more helpful. My 3rd grandson had outgrown his balance bike and once again staff made sure they took the time to put him in the correct bike to maximise his confidence and ability. Highly recommend this business.
Very friendly stuff, helped to arrange cycle to work scheme and delivered at specific date to make sure I was at home
