I brought my bike in to fix a flat tire, but they ended up damaging the bike's controller during the process making it totally unusable. Despite this, they refused to take any responsibility for the damage and wouldn't fix it. This was an extremely frustrating and unprofessional experience. I strongly recommend avoiding this place at all costs.

Very friendly team full of knowledge on everything bikes! My husband is a keen cyclist who comes here often for services and parts. I'm a cycle class cyclist and purchased my cycle shoes from here. They sell kids bikes too and are passionate and knowledgeable about being safe and having fun riding. Highly recommend.
Fantastic bike build experience at Cycleinn. The team put a Colnago C68 / Enve / Shimano bike together for me in only 7 days. Great advice on products and sensational communication throughout. Highly recommended (and yes, the bike is amazing!)
