Bought a vintage bicycle from Facebook marketplace took it in for a service at your Poole shop as planning on doing a long European cycle very happy with the service and a very friendly chap running the branch Wayne
Imagine being a customer that used to spend 100s with these people then my bike kept breaking and I had to keep forking out over and over for the same repair and then when I complained about it his guy in the Christchurch cycle fix phones me up not the one the I’ve messaged but him doesn’t allow me to speak whatsoever on the phone tells me how Dennis is 10/10 I never said he wasn’t but I did question why my bike kept breaking since doing all my own repairs I’ve never had this issue again but either way every time I try to ta... read more
