Super friendly and helpful! Stopped by on Saturday with a tire that had popped off the rim and was helped and out the door within five minutes.

Been multiple times. Always great service and will update you on delays etc. They kept my 10+ year old bike going dispite me having to store it under a tarp and it rusting. Usually pretty busy so they can be a bit short with you, but thats understandable. My mom uses them as well and they don't upsell repairs if its going to be the cost of buying a new bike. So you know you arn't going to get ripped off. Great people overall ^^
