Sorted out my bike after I'd been running it into the ground for years and years, now as smooth as it's ever been. Forgotten how much I love riding! Also the bike holds a lot of sentimental value and I thank Dennis for getting it back in tip top condition.
Fantastic, reliable, and trustworthy bike mechanic. Have always been helpful and accommodating for the last couple of years, as well as reasonably priced. Before, I've found other local bike shops in Poole and Bournemouth to be a bit pretentious, but not here. Wouldn't take my bike anywhere else for a service now.
Had a last minute puncture which needed sorting and was kind enough to squeeze me in there busy schedule otherwise I was basically stranded with no way of getting home. Was very efficient and reasonably priced.
Bought a vintage bicycle from Facebook marketplace took it in for a service at your Poole shop as planning on doing a long European cycle very happy with the service and a very friendly chap running the branch Wayne
