After being disappointed from the get-go and sending an expensive Princeton wheel back to both the wheel manufacturer and hub manufacturer for service, as well as taking it to another local bike shop, I was ready to give up on this poorly performing rear wheel. I thought I'd give it one last chance and brought the wheel in to Cyclefit. Within minutes, Bree (mechanic) was able to diagnose the problem and then get the DT Swiss180 hub spinning like it should. If I could give 100 stars, I would. The service at this bike shop is absolutely fantastic. From special ordering a pair of bike shoes to fit my extra wide feet, to measuring me to see where the cleats go and throwing in a pair of bike socks. Tim's expertise and the time he spent to set me up, just blew me away. Best bike service in Tucson!
Absolutely thrilled with my purchase of a Pinarello Dogma X from Cyclefit. I had considered various other options online, including purchasing direct from a shop in Italy... but am so glad I decided to stay local and build a relationship with a team here that can help long after the first ride. Not one regret!
Cyclefit has helped my comfort and performance since around 2014, starting with Custom Insoles - which made long distance cycling fun again. Custom bike fits followed on my Cervelo and then the ultimate fit on my Trek Emonda in late 2015. My goal of riding El Tour de Tucson under 5 hours was achieved several times. As I am not as young - Tim obtained a Pinarello Gravel Ebike that I love to ride in gravel or on the road.
I got introduced to Tucson road and gravel cycling thru CycleFit group rides which are welcoming and have speeds for all types of riders. Tim set me up on replacing my 7 year old Pinarello Dogma with a new Dogma F during COVID, albeit with long manufacturers delivery dates, and I couldn't be happier - it was worth the wait!
