Bought a cassette on line and had shipping issues and they took care of me above and beyond what could be expected. Marc also is very knowledgeable.
Neil is a great guy and quite smart when it comes to the various bikes and well just about every component of them. After spending some time with him I did decide and purchased my E-Bike he said "you will love this bike" he was correct - I did 40+ miles in 4 days on it and am quite happy with it. In fact it is there as I type this getting upgraded hydraulic brakes. You cannot go wrong speaking with this team, it will not be the only Bike I purchase from them as my needs arise. I must say that Kevin is a kind, hugely helpful person! I give him personally a 10/10. The others at Cyclefast should look to him and model his kind,helpful and knowledgeable approach! Thank you Kevin for working out my tire problem quickly enough for me to get back to my ride!!
Neil was excellent. Helped me with a bicycle, helmet and bicycle rack. Very professional in showing how to use and install everything. I highly recommend this bicycle shop.
