I stopped by Cycle Fast to see if they had a unique part that I needed to install a rack on my Mountain bike. Kevin was super helpful in identifying what I needed and provided a very low cost solution when he could’ve sold me something more expensive. I really appreciate it the help and honesty, this kind of thing makes you want to come back the next time. they had a pretty stocked inventory too, which you don’t see as much these days. Highly recommend.
I would never shop there again. Me personally. I think the service It was terrible. And the owner neil was very Disrespectful to me. They damaged mybike and would not stand Accountable For it
