They’ve got a great range of accessories, are always happy to order stuff in if they’ve not got it in stock and have a fantastic selection of floor stock to ogle at :-) They were able to source an SL7 Checkpoint for me in about 3 months when my local Trek dealer was saying 18+ months. Even hand deliverd a new helmet I purchased for me recently Everything a bike shop should be basically.
