My wife fell off her bike on the ice and did some damage to it. She took it here - the nearest to where she was - and the shopkeeper was so incredibly kind. He offered to not only fix the damages, but make a few extra repairs and adjustments too, for no charge. He knew what he was doing, and was just so normal, professional and kind. Thank you so much!

Great shop - parking nearby and friendly staff
These guys are great! Got an epic deal on a nice bike for my wife which the couriers screwed up royally and lost! The Ride Sunderland team managed to get another one and drove it to me from nearly 2 hours away. Above and beyond, great service, great price, great bike! Thanks 🤩
