Asked for a new chain, showed me that I didn’t need one and just offered me a cheaper solution. He even tested it himself, amazing service overall.

Sterling has worked on my bike for basic maintenance and always does a wonderful job. Then my bike developed a mysterious intermittent problem that had us both puzzled. Sterling went out of his way to research the issue. He went above and beyond to pinpoint the problem. The next day he texted me to say it was ready!
