Unhelpful and poor / non existent communication. I needed to exchange an online purchase. I phoned - the staff member did not know the procedure. I then used their email portal - no response. I phoned again and agreed to send the goods back for exchange - I agreed to pay the 2 x courier charges. No follow up - just an email of a credit. No explanation, no advice as to whether the goods I need today would be available. Just a lot of wasted time, 2 x courier costs and not the goods I actually wanted to purchase. Needed a quick inner tube replacement on the go - done there and then in minutes, and at a fraction of the price I am used to paying elsewhere. Owners very courteous and helpful.
What a service! I went there to fix my parent's wheelchair wheels. I thought there is something wrong with it, but I was wrong. The whole service was free. Thank you so much. We will definitely come again.
This is the second time I've used Cycle time to service my bikes, first one was a 20 year old (near vintage) specialized, and now my venge. Both times, price has been fair for services rendered, good customer service and communication. Would recommend to anyone needing a bike service in Hamilton.
