Great service from start to finish.
Great shop, decent selection of bikes and accessories with knowledgeable and friendly staff.
Took my bike in for repairs and was told it would be ready in a few days. After hearing nothing, we called to check in and were met with a sarcastic response, being told it would actually take 3–4 weeks, which is not what we were originally told. When we finally got the bike back, we were quoted £256, but were charged £299 at the counter with no prior notice. Excellent service and very reasonably priced! My bike required some much needed TLC, after many years of cycling! Dan and his team were excellent, and the bike came back looking better than when I bought it! The pricing was very fair given how ruined my bike was! Highly recommend them for bikes and repairs!
