He is an outstanding and very knowledgeable seller of some beautiful Italian bicycles. He is also a capable mechanic. I bought a Tommasini Sintesi from him recently and am delighted. I recommend him highly.
I have had multiple good experiences with Glenn, the owner of this business. He returns my calls in a timely fashion, is reliable, extremely knowledgeable about bikes, and there is never issues with my bike repairs whether simple or difficult. He also goes above and beyond, if its a simple fixing of a flat tire, he adds in complimentary tune-ups per tightening the brakes and seat and checking other parts. Glenn has always returned my bikes to me in a very quick time frame. He is so reasonable in his pricing. I cannot say enough about his really great service. I suggest you pay him a visit to see for yourself.
Glenn was awesome. Fantastic to work with. Effective and responsive. I left my bike at the shop to be put together, and I got it back a few days later. Fast response, and the cost was quite fair. It's good to have a neighborhood business that values both its work and its clients. Strongly advised.
