I have had multiple good experiences with Glenn, the owner of this business. He returns my calls in a timely fashion, is reliable, extremely knowledgeable about bikes, and there is never issues with my bike repairs whether simple or difficult. He also goes above and beyond, if its a simple fixing of a flat tire, he adds in complimentary tune-ups per tightening the brakes and seat and checking other parts.
