Great shop for advice and finding the right bike. There are lots of different bikes on the floor available for trying out. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Justin spent lots of time showing me bikes that best suited my ‘geometry 😉’ and the type of riding I love to do. Honest and respectful advice that was much appreciated.
Told the boys i would write a review because they looked after me so its 5 stars from me, they were very helpful through the whole process so I recommend to everybody.
Great bike shop with an extensive selection of bikes and accessories. Staff were very helpful and friendly
Guy was rude and condescending when I returned a purchase of a rear shifter/derailleur cable assembly and they cut the outer way to short. Been riding and fixing bikes for 20 plus years have always had great experiences with bikes shops. Not at Border Bikes. Will not be going back
website says free delivery. Today when i was about to purchase ,delivery charges were asked .
