Jason, the bike-tech/salesperson, did an awesome job in educating me on the options of the various styles of bicycles. Go Buy A Townie – Let me be clear: I have never enjoyed riding bikes. I feel like I look dumb on a bike, I'm afraid of falling down, and being on a bike for more than two or three minutes HURTS . USE EXTREME CAUTION – The Better Business B cites the address on file as the same for a company called bikesdirect, who are extremely terrible. They also have the same owner. Both companies have unsatisfactory rating by the Better Business B
No Pressure, Great Value, Fantastic Service – I love my bicyle. It wasn't the bicycle I wanted when I walked into the shop, but after talking to my salesperson, Jason, and assesing what I would need the bike to do, I decided on a slightly less expensive model than the one I initially thought would be "the one" for me. Cycle Spectrum ~ Amazing Prices and Great Employees! – The employees are very knowlegdeable and helpful! I went in to buy my first road bike and they showed me every bike in each price range so I knew what I could get for more or less. I ended up buying a Fuji Roubaix SL. The bike retails at $2,550. The best price I could find on the internet or other bike shops was $1,800. Cycle Spectrum had it for $1,195 ! ! ! !
