Bought a new bike from these guys and had to change delivery date. From moment i ordered to the moment it was completed Uprise where extremely helpful and always replied promptly. I was originally buying the same bike from a monster based mtb company which offered hardly any comm's. Bike came with rear brake spongy, they offered to pay for it to be fixed, once bedded in bike was fine so i never claimed this. Thanks uprise!
Excellent Service, highly recommend! I popped in last minute hoping to get my bike sorted before a charity ride the next day—and the team couldn’t have been more helpful. Really friendly and accommodating service. They went out of their way to make sure I was good to go. Can’t thank them enough !
