Nelson, Rio and the whole staff are super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. One of the best bike shops I've ever been to!
This store makes me disappointed that I can’t do more than 5 stars. From the first moment I stepped foot in this store they treated me like I was the only customer that mattered to them. I have been going to Cycle Solutions OG in Uxbridge for the last few years. I was first greeted by Ryo, one of the lead mechanics, who within minutes made me feel very welcome and it was evident that he was passionate about bicycles and cared for his customers and the bikes they have.
