Got them to lace up two of my wheels, they had to order the spokes, but by no means should it take 6 months !!!! There are tons of options for spokes out there . I live hours away from corner brook, so I can't make it in there that often. Once they finally emailed me that my wheels were done, (mind you I practically forgot about them by this time, as well ordered and installed a new set of wheels) I asked them can they hold it till I make it in ? I came in here in September 2023 while on a bike tour in Western NL and needed some work done on my bike. The mechanic wasn’t in but the guy at the shop very kindly called him in on his day off to do a much needed repair on my bike. They did great, quick work and I so appreciated their kindness! Highly recommend this place! (Great coffee and snacks too!)
Amazing shop, great location, great products and service. It also had a coffee shop which is convenient for post ride meetups.
From the beginning, I have found this company to be difficult to communicate with because they often did not respond to my emails. I needed to email several times and phone them to get answers. I booked, and paid for, the caving tour several months in advance. On the afternoon before my morning tour, they emailed me to cancel the guided adventure.
