Rented two hybrid bikes for a half day. Josh selected and adjusted bikes to make sure they were just right for us. He also gave us good advice for biking around the area. The bikes were excellent. Highly recommend.
Poor attitude, awful service. Got turned down for a repair because they believed the brake drag on my $1,500+ bike was a "non issue" and that I should "just ride my bike, man". Made me feel like an idiot for just trying to get my bike fixed. I also previously tried to get them to fix an issue with the chain rubbing on the sprocket. Tired to get them to fix it 3 different times, again with the same attitude, telling me that I should just deal with it. Got them to lace up two of my wheels, they had to order the spokes, but by no means should it take 6 months !!!! There are tons of options for spokes out there . I live hours away from corner brook, so I can't make it in there that often. Once they finally emailed me that my wheels were done, (mind you I practically forgot about them by this time, as well ordered and installed a new set of wheels) I asked them can they hold it till I make it in ?
