I went in wanting to get my girlfriend a bike for Christmas. All I knew was that she wanted a vintage style of bike and no other helpful information. The owner spent at least an hour answering my endless questions and with his help and advice I ended up ordering a custom bike with full confidence that I had a great present and the price lower than I had expected to pay for a custom bike.
