I used the VALPACK coupon for the SNOWBIRD tune-up. They did an excellent job on our 2 bikes and replaced very worn out parts. The staff is friendly and explained why and what they did. They even washed the bikes! Wii return.
Yesterday was my daughters 6th birthday and I bought her a new big girl scooter. The brakes and fork needed a little fine tuning, so I brought it down the street to cycle shack. Although it would have likely taken 5 minutes to adjust, I was told they would need to check the scooter in and we would be behind a handful of work orders, wouldn't be done for a day or two. Great biking. It was fun and nice trail as well after the board walk
I have a mountain bike. Another shop in Naples did a front brake tune up and I ended up having to bring it to this shop for them to do another adjustment as well as fix the seat with a shim. Went in on a Saturday morning did not expect it to be done right then and there. To my surprise they were able to accommodate with efficiency, great communication and everything was done within 30 minutes.
