I brought in my ebike for a tire repair and I received great customer service and a fast turnaround with the repair.
Teddy, Mike, Hashbrown, and all of CycleShack are top notch. They originally took the time to hear what I wanted and needed, then showed me what was available and every option possible, which beyond impressed me. The level of care and service from CycleShack is top notch. Would only recommend or trust CycleShack.
Had an awesome experience as a new customer bringing my bike in for a long overdue service. Teddy evaluated my bike and provided a cost run down of all necessary service along with a promise that if anything else was needed he would reach out with suggestions before proceeding with cost increases. Teddy kept his word! Service was quick considering how much work was needed. Now the bike looks and works like it is brand new. Would absolutely recommend you bring your bike to Cycle Shack.
