Lovely man to deal with. Extremely helpful and went the extra mile! Totally recommend. My bike is like new.
Like a few others I don’t feel the cost of repair was above the original ‘worse case scenario’ (ended up being more than the bike was worth brand new). The guy reverted back to the original quote eventually as I argued it. Then tried to sell me a bike 3x the price If your looking for specialist parts I’m sure you’ll be fine but if you need a kids bike servicing or repairing, be prepared to be over sold parts/labour All of which took two weeks without any communication in between
