Highly recommend. Greeted me when I walked in but gave me space to peruse for a while when I replied that I was just looking. I personally really appreciate that absence of forceful sales vibes. When I had questions Justin dropped what he was doing and was extremely helpful. You can tell these guys know what they're doing and will go the extra mile. My man and I went bike shopping and stopped into this bike shop. A young man named Ethan was so polite and patient. He went out of his way and spent quality time with us. We left with a new bike and a fixed old one. Thank you Ethan. You should get a bonus or gift card from your boss. 🚵🏻♀️
I went into the shop for a simple repair. And ask if I could watch they gave me a step by step little tutorial as they were making the repair. It was very helpful and so nice. I couldn’t have been more pleased with a bicycle shop. I will definitely be returning there for all of my bicycle needs. And highly recommend them.
So I was almost killed by an old man last March right on the 4 way corner of 18th on the way back from a drs appointment for my already injured leg. My bike was totalled, so when I went to get a new one at this shop & was still discombobulated from being hit by the bike, and this horrid shop took complete advantage. I checked out two bikes, picked the wrong one. They pushed this Kona for sales quotas. Went in yesterday to see if my older bike was worth upgrading. Ended up looking at a new bike and made a dream purchase. They weren't pushy and went above and beyond to make sure I understood what I was buying. My new bike was fully inspected and they made sure it was perfectly set up for me before I left. Best buying experience ever! The guys at Lifecycle are genuine and know their stuff. Super stoked. Never had this nice of a bike before!
