So I was almost killed by an old man last March right on the 4 way corner of 18th on the way back from a drs appointment for my already injured leg. My bike was totalled, so when I went to get a new one at this shop & was still discombobulated from being hit by the bike, and this horrid shop took complete advantage. Went in yesterday to see if my older bike was worth upgrading. Ended up looking at a new bike and made a dream purchase. They weren't pushy and went above and beyond to make sure I understood what I was buying. My new bike was fully inspected and they made sure it was perfectly set up for me before I left. Best buying experience ever! The guys at Lifecycle are genuine and know their stuff. Super stoked. Never had this nice of a bike before!
Life Cycle Bike Shop is what all bike shops should strive for. Excellent service, factual bike knowledge and great customer service. An added bonus is the selection of bike and parts available. Justin runs a well organized bike shop and I would recommend this shop to anyone who is serious about riding.
Great local bike shop, the kind of small business that we should all be supporting. First rate service and attention to detail by owner Justin and his crew on a what was a big bike purchase for me. Very friendly, patient and understanding staff. They had my Pivot Switchblade MTB rental perfectly adjusted for me when I arrived. Great value. Excellent advice on trail selection with firsthand knowledge of trail conditions. Possibly my favorite experience with a bike shop in 50 years of biking!
