Huge shout out to Zach & Justin. I walked in with a hot mess - broken rear axle and shot bearings. After making that repair, my shifting was a disaster. So, back on the stand and completely sorted: aligned hanger, new chain, cleaned, lubed, adjusted. Fantastic shop with lots of really nice inventory and exceptional, friendly staff. Got me riding again within a couple hours and saved my trip.
I’m a former mountain biker converted to gravel. Been riding my Kona Rove for awhile that I got here and am really happy with but time and injuries have left me less fit than I want to be and I’ve got some faster friends I want to keep up with. They will tailor your bike experience/acquisition to your level and are always looking for ways to make the sport more affordable! Everyone here is down to earth and happy to answer any questions you may have.
Highly recommend. Greeted me when I walked in but gave me space to peruse for a while when I replied that I was just looking. I personally really appreciate that absence of forceful sales vibes. When I had questions Justin dropped what he was doing and was extremely helpful. You can tell these guys know what they're doing and will go the extra mile.
