Great tune up/moderate overhaul by Mike. Thanks for keeping my 1999 Klein running like new!
Mike tuned up two bikes for my wife and I that were sitting unused for 20+ years. Did a fantastic job at a fair price. Went above and beyond with the cleanup work he did as well. It feels like we have new bikes at a fraction of the cost!
I purchased a bike from Mike a few years ago and couldn't be happier. He listened to my desired experience and helped navigate me to the right bike for my needs. The Fuji brand has really been a consummate workhorse for me. Need to bring it in for a tune up soon to keep it working at top quality! If you're looking for a reliable and quality bike look no further.
After dropping off our bike, we patiently awaited a call for pick up for over two weeks, which was understandable. Eager to enjoy the beautiful weather with our bike, we discovered a tire issue causing it unrideable. Hoping for a solution, we returned to the shop, only to receive a dismissive "It happens.” Regrettably, we won't be returning. Despite our initial interest in supporting a local shop, it appears customer care isn't a priority. Best of luck to them!
I have gone in this shop twice. I live much closer to a bigger shop, and wanted to give a smaller place my business. Each time the owner took his time to talk to me and give me his full attention. I was looking for specific parts each time, and he spent some time typing on a computer and each time he told me he would try to locate the parts and give me a call. He never called for either part.
