Jason is a very good mechanic , a profesionnal expert who shares a lot of knowledge & he is very friendly. I had amazing experience with the Cycle Néron team, they really helped me a lot with my new bike right on time for cycling and race season. A huge shout out to Gilbert and the rest of the staff who answered my questions patiently and was so attentive to all my concerns. I’m happy go have found a bike shop I can trust and go back to.
My son's brakes were broken on his bike. So I went in to Cycle Neron in Lachine thinking I would have to leave my bike for a few hours to get repaired, but a young guy who was in the middle of fixing another bike, looked at my son's bike right away. He repaired it within minutes. He also fixed the bike stand and adjust his seat properly. I highly recommend going to Cycle Neron for bike repairs. The guy was very knowledgeable and friendly.
