Terrible customer service. Faulty product- Error on behalf of the store. Lack of professionalism and accountability- despite proof and videos. Very aggressive and unpleasant.

Im standing in front of the store thinking it opens at 11 when an employee says that their hours changed and I should have checked the website and that they are closed. Look at the photo and tell me that it’s clear!! Ridiculous
