Took my money, didn't send me the parts.
Purchased a hub but it never came. No confirmation except $500 out of my account. Emailed and called several times. No response. Business appears closed or seriously neglected. Website should be shut down for consumer safety.
Do not do business with this company. I had to give this one star since I couldn't post it with zero stars. I ordered a bicycle part in December of 2023. Credit card was charged and nothing was ever shipped. All responses to voice mail, email, and FB message went unanswered. I even marked two emails to send me a read receipt and never got a response that they were read. I had to initiate a dispute with my credit card company in mid-January of 2024. Paid a $1,500 deposit for a Rohloff wheelbuild. Once I paid the deposit, I never heard back from them -- no response to calls, voicemails, or emails. It's been over 5 weeks now since I paid the deposit.
