Super helpful & knowledgeable! I’m a Novice with trail riding bikes, and they took the time to really personalize a bike that was right for me. I prefer to buy local, and I got a really good deal and I know my new bike can be easily serviced.
Customer service sucks not a man of his word misleading information poor communication told him I was going be there for a bike at 11 got there at 1120 and it was sold at 9am and u see he blocked me after that I guess that’s how u run your business🤡i would never spend no money in that shop ever in my life got one anyway 🤡🤡
