Super helpful and decent
We had an exceptional experience while traveling here for regionals. My son had bike issues not once, but twice during our trip, and both times the staff went above and beyond to help us out. From the moment we walked in, they were friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in getting him back on his bike as quickly as possible. Came into the bike store because my son's crank fell off. The guy in the store fixed it for me and wouldn't take money for the bolt. Really nice guys highly recommend.
Jacob is extremely helpful and takes the time to really understand your needs and expectations in order to recommend the right bike for you. The shop itself is very clean, organized, and well maintained, which makes for a great overall experience. I also love their appointment system for bike servicing it’s very convenient and efficient. I trust them completely with my bikes, and their service is truly 100/10. Highly recommended!
