Richard was so friendly and extremely helpful.
Rich, Nick, and the rest of the team are highly knowledgeable, courteous, and accommodating of their clients' needs. Rich helped me select the right bike and accessories for my use case, and has provided excellent post-purchase support. A fantastic overall experience!
