Rich and his team at Cyclelogic are the best! I don’t let anyone else touch my bike except these guys. Heck, I don’t even touch my bike because Rich and his team are the only ones I trust.
I was out looking for a rare nut that no one was supposed to have, and ended up at Cycle-Logic following a recommendation made by the nearby Pedalhead store. To my surprise, Rich had that nut - and even gave me an extra one just in case.
The long and short - if you care about your bike and cycling, Cycle-logic - and specifically Rich - is the place/person you want working on it. I’ve been here, great customer service, top notch quality bikes you’ll see, one of the best shop you’ll see, they even help me fix the small details of my bike bike, like putting a lubricant, tightening the screws on my bike.
