All the staff are extremely kind, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything you need. Israel and Isaac are especially great they always take the time to assist you and make sure everything is taken care of. The customer service is excellent and very reliable. I fully trust them with my bikes and always feel confident bringing them in for service and recommending them to all my friends!
I must say, that I think of myself as a decent mechanic, when it comes to vehicles. Bicycles though, are a whole different matter, and that's where I'm so thankful for the staff at Cycle Logic. They are so patient when they explain the work that was done. They are now my go to shop, and the next time I buy a bike, it will be from Cycle Logic.
