Purchased a used Cannondale SSE last winter, online & trusting the photos and the seller description - very happy with the bike and better condition than I expected. Shipping was professionally packaged, bike was super clean and got here fast. Would definitely buy online from this business again.

Just remember, Jeff if you’re so unpleasant that people don’t want to sell their bikes to your business anymore. Your business doesn’t have a business. You’re in the business of buying people’s used bikes and selling them to people. Keep acting like that. People aren’t gonna use your service anymore Lord knows I won’t. This was the second time and I’ll never use it again. It take a month to get paid through PayPal!!! Insane imagine if I chose a check
