Bought a mountain bike and it arrived looking just like the pictures. It was a great price for a used bike. To be honest I can barely tell if it was riden at all before. I didn't have any issues so I can't speak on customer service, but I'd be willing to recommend them to a friend.
Shopped around, found that Cycle Limited had a really nice selection of gravel bikes. Had a good talk with their staff, decided to take the plunge and purchase a bike from them. My bike arrived quickly in a sturdy box, professionally and carefully packaged. It looked brand new, even better in person than the pictures online. Overall, an excellent experience. Thanks!
Recently purchased a gravel bike at a great price. From order to receipt of bike was 4 days. Unbelievably quick. The brakes were soft, sent Cycle Unlimited a message. The covered the cost for a brake bleed. Very please with customer service and bike was packed very well.
Horrible experience with Cycle Limited. The item I bought was supposed to be brand-new, but it arrived with subpar quality, nothing like the description. The materials felt cheap and flimsy. I reached out to customer service, but my messages were ignored. This seller doesn’t care about quality or customers. DO NOT BUY STUFF FROM THEM.
