It was a very easy process. Entered info about my bike, added some pictures and sent the form. A few days later they accepted my bike and gave me my options, credit or cash. You can either do a check or online (PayPal/Zelle). They provided a pre-paid shipping label. I got a bike box from my local LBS (free) and wrapped/packed my bike and shipped it. So cycle limited sold me a bike that no longer has customer support in the USA. Berria Belador 8.1. Beautiful bike . I had several conversations with there customer service representatives Mike G, as I was on the fence weather to purchase it or not. He reassured me that it was a great bike an good deal. I have bought lots of frames but not complete bikes online and I bought this Lynski from these guys and wow! Fast shipping and the bike looked great minor scratches but I took it out of the box put some pedals on it and boom put 8 miles on it with very little adjustment to seat and levers. Great deal !
