The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. I called the company before purchasing but did not realize that it was after hours. I got a call back the same day, after normal operating hours, and all of my questions were answered. I got exactly what I wanted and am very happy that I chose to buy from Cycle Limited. I will be buying from them again.
I have to say my experience with my first certified pre-owned bike from them was excellent. Very detailed pictures, and bike arrived looking better than expected. Oversized box, professionally packed ( literally just handlebar and front wheel to mount), fast shipping, great price and best of all: looked like it was detailed and combed over to new condition, from frame, hardware, drivetrain, wheels and tires...Extremely clean, lubed and tuned. The trade in part was easy, and while I was skeptical because they wouldn't hold the bike, they did follow through exactly as they promised and gave me full trade in value in the form of a check as I purchased the bike before sending my trade in.
