Easiest way to sell and buy bikes. No hassle in selling and way better then other similar websites/online bike stores. Customer service is top notch.
Im not surprised to see others with similar experiences to mine. Im not going to go in depth because it's exhausting, and I moved past the experience. However, I traded my bike in, cost 6.5k new and got less than 2k on trade credit. Whatever. Found a bike I really liked and spent over an hour on the phone getting blasted by Motor Mouth Micheal. I wouldn’t do business with this company in the future. I sold them a road bike, and everything seemed ok at first with the buying process at first. I planned to buy a mountain bike from them, at which time, I was informed I would get more value for the bike I was selling if I opted for store credit as a trade in on the new bike. Response time was fast but the cash offer was ridiculous. The wheelset, pedals, and saddle alone are worth more than the offer.
