Very helpful and friendly staff
From the second we walked in it was a fantastic experience. The staff made us feel welcome and asked all the right questions to help us figure out exactly which bike we needed - zero pushy salesman vibes here. After looking at other stores, ended up coming back because they had the best product, price, and customer service. And a great bonus - the store also offers bike tune ups for 2 years after purchase!
Elie and Victor are friendly and knowledgeable. I’ve purchased 2 bikes at Cycle Life and have been extremely satisfied with the service and with the maintenance and repairs of all my bikes in the last few years. I continue to shop there and highly recommend them.
