I always have an amazing experience. The guys at the shop have so much knowledge it helps with making a well informed decision. I highly recommend if your are shopping around or looking for a tune up.
Even without an appointment I was served in less than 30 minutes. No other place better than them in pickering. Give it a try.
Had my new road bike tuned and fixed and they helped me mount some new gear with ease! Victor and Elie were awesome and did some perfect work for a reasonable price, will be having my work done at this place in the future
We first stopped at Bike Depot across the street for an electric bicycle flat tire repair They informed since we did not buy there would not fix. We asked for a place who would and they referred us to Whitby . We stopped in at Cycle City across the street and they gladly repaired within the hour. Amazing amazing customer service!! They even improved on the manufacturers tire liner and the price was fantastic. Incredible store will definitely be going there to purchase our next bikes, wow!
We brought my son’s bike in for repair and they fix the inner tube of the wheel. It was done perfectly and I was very happy with their customer service. Great place! Quick service and reasonable prices!
