I've been to Cycle Life Pickering twice now, and both experiences have been excellent. The first time was when I got two flat tires and needed to get back riding as quickly as possible. The team took care of me promptly and made the whole process easy. More recently, I brought in my Scott Spark mountain bike for a Shimano brake warranty issue, and Elie and Victor were both incredibly helpful. Really nice people to take your bike to, they advice, repair and communicate well.
Recently purchased a new bike and needed to get a tire repaired after a mishap out on the road. The technicians @ cycle life were very welcoming & offered great advice for my current setup going forward. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a local shop w/ knowledgeable technicians.
Visited Cycle Life looking to buy a new bike as a mature woman who hasn’t been on a bike in 20+ years. The customer service is incredible. Elie was extremely helpful as I had many questions and he patiently encouraged me to take as many test rides as I needed to ensure I found the perfect bike for me. The pricing here is very fair and affordable and I am happy I chose this locally owned business for my purchase. I will highly recommend this business to anyone looking for bikes or accessories.
