Roz was great—very responsive and clearly knowledgeable. I was very happy with the settlement amount. I think if I could go back I would negotiate with the insurance company directly instead of going through a lawyer, at least initially and as long as the insurance company was playing ball. One can get a pretty good idea of what one is due with modern tools and the bill the lawyers sent to the insurance company in even quite a trivial case was anything but trivial.
