Great service fair prices.
I went in blind asking for help. I was fully expecting to pay for the premium service and fork out $300 to get my bike sorted. They took my bike, did everything they needed and downgraded my service to a bronze package and even then gave me a discount after that. Honesty and value was flawless will go there again and again now
Exceptional service and guidance from the crew! Couldn’t be happier with the outcome. I thought my ebike engine was a goner, consequently the bike was a goner, however the team quickly diagnosed the issue (Was very basic - So basic I don’t really want to add to this review 🤦♂️) Fixed the problem and I had my bike back the same day. Thanks guys!
Just had 2 bikes service. 1 x specialized stump jumper that my son was using for mtb jumps, basically broke the bike, but the service department fixed it for a great price, and only fixed what was damaged, didn't over charge. This is the only place I would recommend.
