Sold me a kids balance bike for my daughter’s 3rd birthday. 3 days later they emailed to say they didn’t actually have one for over 2 months. By this time it made it difficult finding the bike elsewhere in time for her birthday and ended up costing us £25 more to expedite delivery.
Had a few repairs done on my e-bike very pleased with the results they used some good parts and it was value for money. Definitely would take it back here again. Shop looks pretty cool as well had some great bikes in stock. I think when I upgrade I will pop in . 👌

Pre assembly of kids mountain bike was dreadful quality - brake pads rubbing on real wheel and gears don’t work/ chain fell off. Simply fobbed off when I raised this and told to take to nearest Evan’s cycles at my own cost! Don’t use them unless you are very handy with bikes and prepared to do the hard work yourself.
