Friendly and professional service. I was having trouble with my razor mx125 dirt bike. After trying a few different charging cords thinking that was the issue. I took it into Cycle Electric and they were able to test my battery right there on-site and we figured out the battery was dead and no longer good. They ordered me a new battery right then and there, and it arrived in two days. They made my daughter very happy and she can finally drive the dirt bike, definitely recommend their services. Thanks again!
Great guys and super helpful! Brought my newly shipped front wheel in because spoke bent and tire needed to be trued. I didn't make an appointment. Mitch did a look see and deduced a minor repair needed. While I had a nice chat with Dad, Adrian, Mitch was quietly fixing my tire! On the spot! When I asked how much he said if I did a review he wouldn't charge me. I said I'd be happy to! I still paid for his work because we need to support these independent businesses. Today I went with my son to Cycle Electric and they treated us wonderfully, they were very attentive to us. I recommend them 100% if you need an e-bike or need your e-bike repaired, this is the best place.
