They replaced the charge port for my battery. Even though it was in a difficult to access position it was fixed for 25% less than the original quote. Polite and professional. Highly recommended.

Emailed July 9 for an ETA for two mobility scooters. Mentioned we had a time constraint. Didn't receive an acknowledgement so I called. They confirmed receipt and that they would get back to me. I then stopped by to see if there was an update and explained this was needed due to a sudden medical issue with my wife. The fellow talked in what I felt was a chippy and just a little too aggressive, or maybe just defensive, tone. Stated they were waiting for company rep to advise and could only do so much. My son took his grandparents' e-bikes in for service. He was told they would require $200 to inspect and that given the age parts may not be available. The bikes were recently working, and we knew the batteries needed replacement. My son asked to confirm if the controllers would be available and if so we would order the batteries as that was the likely problem and replace controllers later if required. I recently took an e bike in for service. Going in, I knew roughly which parts would need to be replaced. I asked the guy at the front desk if they would be able to look over the bike and tell me what parts I would need to get it in working condition. I was told that the initial inspection would be $200 which I thought was reasonable. After consulting with my dad, he recommended we just order the parts and do the labor ourselves so I told the man working that we would no longer require the $200 inspection.
