Went here on the advice of friends. The service was great, they took the time to explain the different bicycles. Once I choose the one I wanted they went into more details. They added extras as a bonus which was really appreciated. The bike was ready a few days later and they took the time to adjust the bike to me, have me road test it and explain all the functions. Even helped me load onto the carrier which they explained thoroughly. Told me to call anytime with questions. Super Service!
Aujourd'hui à la halte st-Louis de Gonzague,nous avons rencontré par hasard Martin qui nous a demandé si nous aimions nos Velec R48I. Nous sommes très satisfait de notre achat mais mon mari lui a mentionné qu'il avait mal au dos et Martin a ajusté nos 2 velec directement sur la piste cyclable avec quelques conseils de sécurité. MERCI Martin nous sommes très satisfait de ce hasard. Martin avait de très bons mots pour toute l'équipe de cycle Dubuc. Martin un gars passionné de vélo et très sympathique..Belle rencontre
