Absolutely disappointed experience with this guys Pak and Jimmy, even though I am explained to them my mistake choice with Spec model. They ordered Specialized for me from official site, I am waiting almost two weeks, but next morning I decided to return this bike in unused condition, they checked my unusable return bike and anyway refused to reimburse me whole amount and grab himself 15% from price (even price was lower for 200 cad last year) Original return policy from Specialized is 30 days with full reimbursement . A while back, I purchased a set of tires that, in hindsight, seem to have already been compromised likely from improper storage. The cracking and small splits I’m seeing are consistent with dry rot, which can happen when rubber degrades over time due to age, UV exposure, or sitting unused for long periods. Great place. I used to buy bicycles from him 20 years ago. Back then they were very expensive but now they are much lower cost. This world is insane
