They were able to fix my bike promptly and were happy to give advice on what the best replacement parts to get would be. It was also very good pricing for the work done.
I bought my bike here over two years ago, and they still take great care of me. Recently, I ran into a manufacturer defect, but the manufacturer wasn’t interested in fixing a two-year-old bike. Have always received good service and fair prices here! The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful as well, you can tell the staff are bike enthusiasts themselves. They've helped keep my bike rolling for years!
Found an old vintage Schwinn at a garage sale and these guys made it feel brand new again! Awesome staff and friendly service, would highly recommend for any bike needs!
Been downriver 20 years never noticed this place. I am working on some old folding bikes that I have had for 25 plus years. Brett and the crew helped me modernize the bikes for little money and gave me a bicycle education that you can't find on YouTube. Very pleased with cycle connection. They kept my bikes out of the landfill !
