Very courteous... Paid a lot for 1 bolt, but it was nice

Bad experience with the people that work there. No one was helpful.
Since we lost our other bike shop, this is the place to go for people who live in Downriver. I liked how John took his time to take care of me and I especially liked how he demonstrated and answered my questions.
They were able to fix my bike promptly and were happy to give advice on what the best replacement parts to get would be. It was also very good pricing for the work done.
