I trust these guys with my bike - wonderful service, knowledgeable, prompt and helpful! A great local bike store.
I showed up at 10.30am on a Saturday and the team there (I'm so sorry, forgot your name, I've a head like a sieve) immediately diagnosed a seized wheel hub (an absolute nightmare) and had it fixed, using components from another wheel in the shop, in just under an hour. Absolutely saved the day and were bloody lovely too. Cannot thank and recommend them enough, absolute legends.
Helped me out with some free screws after my bike was vandalised in the Parkiteer cage at the train station, which was a really superb gesture! Much appreciated. The shop mechanic is the best in Ballarat too and always generous with advice!
