Dropped in near closing time with a gearing issue. Immediately and thoroughly checked the set up, adjusted the hanger and gears, good as new. Helpful advice on future maintenance requirements. 5+ Update - 1 year later, I was preparing for a schools event when my child's bike needed urgent repairs. Staff were friendly and efficient, repeating the same high level of service I received the year before. Bike was repaired in quick time despite the limited time frame. 5+ once again.
