Joe helped me through my first custom order, and I spent two months going back and forth on every detail — anodized finish, semi-flared handlebars, tires, all of it. Love the people and the monthly coffee rides. They do great work and have good bikes.
I was getting ready on Friday for a race simulation for my 70.3 in a week and when I prepped my TT bike for my Saturday ride, I noticed my rear disc brake was rubbing badly. I frantically reached out to Joe and he said to stop by the shop on Saturday. Aaron had me ready to go in less than 15 minutes. Joe and staff are always accommodating and ready to help their customers get back to doing what they love. Cycle City is the best.
