I cannot overstate how grateful I am to Vern at Cycle Analysis for having the right part in stock for my mid-ride moment of need. That he was open on a Friday until 6, and ready and willing to give assistance above and beyond what was required, gave me not only great hope for humanity but also a functional bike I was able to ride home before darkness fell completely. Nice little bike shop. Have purchased in stock and had bikes ordered there to outfit the whole family. I have also had a bike fit and maintenance done there as well. Always a great experience.
Jana and Vern are top notch, joined them for their Wednesday night ride and was treated to an amazing 🤩 dinner after some epic single track in the Jacksonville area. Recently relocated from Colorado and quite frankly never experienced this kind of hospitality- been on a bike since I could walk.
