I went in for a puncture repair, but after inspection the tire was found to be too damaged and needed replacement. Even though it was close to closing time, Mori and the team understood the urgency and took the time to replace the tire instead of asking me to come back another day. Their professionalism, honesty, and willingness to help at the end of the day were greatly appreciated. Excellent customer service and highly recommended!
