We have been with cyberspace for many years! Not only have they always been responsive, they have been fast acting with any of my requests! I know I’m not one of their larger more challenging customers, but I have never felt like I was less important then anyone else! Thanks for many great years!

Used this company for approx 1-1/2 years. Would not recommend at all. They promise more than they can provide. When we decided to cancel and move our account, Mike was very short, meaning it sounded like he was upset we we're leaving. He never asked why, but gave me a hassle about when our last payment was due. I tried to confirm with him over a month before the final payment was due, to make sure we were on the same page, but response. I am over the moon happy about my website and the service provided. I would often suggest a change at 10 pm not expecting a response, but sure enough they were on it! Very impressive. Also, Mike came up with ideas to make my website a marketing tool and he has the unique ability to think globally even though I'm a smaller type firm. I can't say enough good things about this company and my new professional website!!!!!!!!!!

Very impressed with the service and knowledge of both Elsa & Mike. Very quick responses to my questions. I highly recommend working with them! They continue to be fantastic to work with. Any updates , changes are always done within a very timely manner. (Aug 2018)
