I ordered two packages of popcorn. Only one arrived. When I reordered another package, they subsequently canceled the order. I was refunded, but not immediately and only after I lodged a question about the whereabouts of my refund.

Company sent shipment to wrong address but fully reimbursed me for product. They could not reship product as they were out of the product. Personnel were fully cooperative and friendly.
Everything is false, my order did not arrive and the customer service never responded
