Have used Cyber Haven on several occasions snd have always had a great experience. Very professional, took care of my issues. Today. Rachel Edwards took very good care of us, was very thorough, and was in and out of the store, problem solved, in minutes! Highly recommend this place!!
The staff here is amazing!! I was locked out of my phone and so frustrated! The staff there was very kind and helpful. They kept me updated on the progress throughout the process and eventually got me back into my phone. I am not tech savvy so this was a huge blessing! If I am ever in need of any sort of tech assistance I will definitely go see the crew here!!
Had to wait a week on a 2-4 hour replacement. Paid got my phone. Tried to upcharge me and not even a week later the whole screen doesn’t turn on after I dropped it maybe 3 foot with a case on it, will not warranty it. Will put me in almost $500 for the repair to get it fixed again. Do not recommend whatsoever. Horrible communication doesn’t tell you when you phone is ready.
