JON and the gang came in clutch with my laptop! Needed a quick charge to finish my day, since my charger was in my partners car, which was out of town at the time. Thanks a bunch guys!
They said it would be 2 weeks to start laptop repair. On the 3rd week I checked on it. They said they would call back. Never heard back. I called the next week. Still told me the same thing. They just happened to be looking at it that moment and would call back the next day. I waited one more week because I never heard back. I called and found out the exact same thing, "oh we are looking at it right now." I went and picked it up with no new information.
