Terrible customer service
I went to this establishment this morning at 9:45 am to cash a check that i got from the Health care agency i currently work for. The check was issued this Friday 10/17/25 , i arrived today 10/21/25 and was told that they don’t cash checks after 8 days of it being first issued. I would like to note, before she told me that, she took my check, stared at me (i would like to note i am African American, she is Spanish) , asked if i had an account.
