Terrible tech & customer support. EVERY time there is a speed issue (they max out at 6M, but rarely provide over 1Mb, regardless if you pay for 6) they ALWAYS blame the customer. "Your computer is too old" "You must have a virus" "We tested your radio, and it looks good, so it must be on your end." Say what you want about how bad ******* is, but I'd roll out the red carpet for them any day.
