Fabulous friendly and helpful staff. Enjoyed working here for private booking.
Oh dear. Really not impressed with this place. We stayed here for a wedding up the road, wish I'd stayed in the wedding venue itself. We got put in the annexe which seriously needs an update (it is happening apparently). Holes in the wall, filler in the holes and to cap it off, dirty toilet. Complained to reception about it and admittedly, they were really good with us. A genuinely apology and a free drink made us happy. We were promised that it would be all sorted and cleaned up while we were out. It was not to be. Got back... read more
Unfortunately, this place is un-loved. The rooms are dated with ripped furnishings, and carpets are grubby. Many of the electrical appliances in the room are faulty or don't work at all . However, the gym is excellent, and the pool area is very clean and relaxing. The breakfast here is also very good. The lady organising the buffet area catered to every guests needs in a very professional way and for that she deserves a pat on the back. Stayed in room 8 in the main hotel. The room was very tired with thread bare and stained carpets. Food was expensive and very mediocre. Sadly the restaurant was desperately in need of a refresher and a good clean. On a plus point all of the staff were really friendly and helpful I’ve tried to upload a video of the room but was unable to
